+ -WHAT IS THE AVERAGE PRICE FOR A LAWN MOWING SERVICE?

A: Depends on your lot size, and depends on what is needed. most common request is for mow edge blow, then we have add-on such as weed treatment, bush trimming.
+ -CAN I GET A ONE-TIME JOB?
A: You mostly certainly can! Unlike traditional landscaping providers, Castro Family Landscaping is able to aggregate many jobs in your area, making it easy for our crew to come take care of your property at an affordable price, even if it's one time.
+ -CAN I SKIP A SERVICE OR CHANGE HOW OFTEN YOU COME?
A: Absolutely! We're happy to accommodate the needs of your property as the seasons change. You simply log onto your profile and change/ cancel your request as you wish 24 hours before the requested date. Service request for same day is subject to a $100 emergency service request.
+ -DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
A: If you want the best pricing on multiple visits, then the answer is yes.
+ -WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
A: Our price includes mowing, edging, and blowing. This price also comes with a guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, we will come fix it free of charge. We also provide specialty services (aeration, over-seeding, fertilization, clean ups, tree trimming etc) that vary in price by the type of job and time of year. For those projects, submit a specialty request
+ -DO YOU BAG THE CLIPPINGS?
A: We do not bag clippings by default. It's actually better for your lawn to use a mulching blade and mulch the clippings. It's healthier for your lawn, as the clippings serve as fertilizer. However, we do provide the service as an additional charge if you wish to have it done. Just include that request in the online service order where it is listed as an additional charge.
+ -I KNOW SOMEBODY WHO CAN SERVICE MY PROPERTY FOR CHEAPER. CAN YOU MATCH THIS?
A: We set our prices to support our crew. We provide insurance and a valid business license to protect you as our client. There may be cheaper ways to have your property serviced but by working with Castro Family Landscaping you have guaranteed quality and service, customer support seven days per week, and online account management/mobile app coming soon
+ -HOW SOON WILL MY PROPERTY BE SERVICED?
A: Property will to be serviced as agreed to the written service agreement. Your property will be serviced within 72 hours of your requested date. Given that weather conditions permits our service).
+ -COULD I CANCEL/ EDIT THE DETAILS OF MY REQUEST?
A: Soon our application will allows users the ability to change notes, dates, other details of the request. In the meantime you can cancel a service request within 24 hours of the requested date.
+ -WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME?
You don't need to be home for us to service your property, as long as we make the necessary arrangements prior to our landscapers' visit (unlocking any back yard gates, accommodating your pets, etc). You'll know your property has been serviced because we send notifications upon completion (not to mention that you'll notice the immaculate quality of your yard once we're finished).
